MI-FIT Class Descriptions:
Full Body Cardio is an high intensity cardio class of integrated intervals that combine yoga, pilates, plyometrics, and meditation to generate an efficient fully body workout. This class elevates your heart rate, develops proprioceptive awareness, promotes conscious breath work and keeps you moving mindfully through an intense cardio workout. Spontaneous intervals, full body circuits, and quick transitions engage your mind as much as your body in this nonstop cardio class. After building heat from the explosive movements and fast intervals you recover and calm your mind with a peaceful closing meditation. You’ll need a mat, bare feet or sticky socks, and a water bottle.
