Class Descriptions:
FitBarre
One of the most effective and popular new fitness experiences combing the best elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, callanetetics, and stretching. Unlike running or typical gym cardio-machines, FitBarre puts little to no impact on your joints, leaving you less likely to sustain any injury and able to focus on your workout. By employing the same methodology as dancers use to condition their bodies for lean and defined muscles, based on the work of Lotte Berk, FitBarre will tone and strengthen your muscles, tighten your core, lift your seat and lengthen your alignment, as you firm from head to pointed toe.
 

Zumba®
Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

Zumba Step®
Perfect for those who are looking to feel the burn! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and gluteus? Step right up. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. 


Body Sculpting
Body Sculpting works on toning and defining legs, buttocks and arms.  Get your body in the best shape ever!

Turbo Kick 
Turbo kick is a mix of kickboxing and hip hop dance moves that gets your heart pumping! Burn up to 1,000 calories per hour and get a total body workout with this FUN way to improve your cardiovascular health!

 Tap- Basics / Continuing
You loved tap as a kid.  Or maybe you wanted to and never tried.  Tap is for the adult tapper with zero, little, or long-time-ago experience.  This recreational basics /continuing class will have you shuffling off to Buffalo before you know it!  
(TAP SHOES:  None required to start in class. Available through the studio for just $30)
